A platform for humanities and social science research blogs
Hypotheses hosts several thousand blogs covering all areas of the humanities and social sciences. The texts are in open access. They are not aimed exclusively at specialists and may be of interest to a broad readership. Each day our team showcases new posts.

An OpenEdition platform
Hypotheses is part of a larger portal, OpenEdition, which is a comprehensive digital publishing infrastructure for the dissemination of humanities and social science publications. OpenEdition also includes a journals platform (OpenEdition Journals), a books platform (OpenEdition Books) and an online calendar of announcements, covering thousands of academic events (Calenda).
OpenEdition is run by OpenEdition Center, a public non-profit initiative supported by leading research and higher education institutions, whose main objective is to promote open access digital publishing.
